Does the Paris Mademoiselle Accept Returns?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We also do not cancel orders after they have been placed. If you have any questions please message us prior to placing your order. We are happy to forward detailed videos and additional photos of any item. We have the highest standards and integrity in each item for sale.

We have the right to cancel and refund any order.

How long to process an order?

Payment address details must match mailing address. All orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to the current restrictions.

To prevent any potential fraud we video tape our packing process for every item, from the beginning to the end in a very detailed way.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or COVID-19.
